Project Scope

Provision and full coordination of elite ushers responsible for end-to-end celebrity handling during a high-profile summer event held in Sahel, Summer 2025.

The Challenge

The event required high-level organization and image precision:

The client requested 30 ushers and 2 guards, with a strong preference for male-only ushers to match the event’s visual direction.

Problem Solving & Execution

To ensure uninterrupted execution and client confidence:

  1. A wide and curated pool of ushers was prepared and shared for client selection.
  2. A backup staffing strategy was proactively implemented, including additional trained ushers beyond the requested number.
  3. On the event day, last-minute no-shows were immediately replaced by pre-arranged backups without impacting operations.
  4. The same approach was applied to security staffing:
    • Guards were carefully selected based on appearance, professionalism, and experience.
    • Availability challenges were resolved through direct negotiation, incentives, and clear communication of the project’s prestige and value.
  5. Ushers were fully briefed, organized, and managed on-site to ensure smooth guest flow, seating, and coordination with venue staff.
