Project Scope

Provision and full coordination of elite ushers responsible for end-to-end celebrity handling during a high-profile summer event held in Sahel, Summer 2025.

The Challenge

This project presented multiple 
operational and execution challenges:

The exhibition venue was located within a military-controlled zone, requiring strict compliance with security, safety, electrical, and manpower regulations.

Installation was limited to specific time slots with a restricted number of workers.

The client maintained continuous on-site supervision and requested frequent design and execution adjustments throughout the installation phase.

Payment terms were delayed, requiring the project to be fully executed while managing labor and supplier payments independently.

Tight deadlines left no margin for delays, especially with multiple suppliers working under time pressure.

Problem Solving & Execution

Despite the constraints, the booth was delivered on time through proactive leadership and fast decision-making:

  1. Full compliance with military safety and electrical regulations while maintaining design quality.
  2. Continuous coordination with labor teams, suppliers, and venue authorities to maximize limited installation hours.
  3. Real-time handling of last-minute client requests without compromising the overall structure or timeline.
  4. When a last-minute finishing issue occurred due to delayed painting, an immediate solution was implemented:
    • Acrylic panels were sourced personally and installed to conceal imperfections.
    • The solution was seamlessly integrated into the booth design, maintaining a clean and premium visual identity.
  5. All adjustments were handled on-site to avoid delays and ensure full readiness before exhibition opening.

The Result

  • The booth was delivered on schedule and fully operational from day one.
  • The final appearance met the brand’s premium aesthetic standards.
